  This is the worst place I've ever rented from. When we first moved in we went a week without the shower even being finished and toilet not working and we had to threaten to go downtown and get an inspector for them to do anything about it. So poorly insulated that we had a $200 electric bill in the winter because we had to leave the ONE SPACE HEATER they had installed on day and night to stay warm (to which the property manager said I "wouldn't have to worry about it since it was about to be summer soon" when I complained). We still don't have an overhead fan or lights in the oven and there's still a hole in the wall from before we moved in that they've never fixed and it's been almost a year. The area is also unsafe, as there are people who hang around in the lot next door and drink day and night and have harassed me when my boyfriend isn't with me. I had to start parking down the road and walking home so they wouldn't see me in the driveway and bother me. This was also never taken care of when I complained. They don't care about your safety or comfort and seem like total slumlords. You also pay $725 for 400 sq feet and an additional $200 every month if you have a pet and you still have to pay electric. Have fun in hell if you choose this place.
