  3/26/18 This business is extremely slow and laxed in communication. I took my cleaning vac to be repaired TWO WEEKS ago prior to an upcoming holiday and was told the repair person has been out. I've never received a call this entire time regarding a delay in service, a temporary replacement nor an offer refund of my $30 deposit for the inconvenience...not even an apology. When I stated that I may have to take it to another for quicker repair, the response (from the silver haired man) was "ok". Either the positive reviews are bogus OR this business is on a serious decline in repair service. My advice is to anyone is to seek elsewhere in Lexington. Very disappointed with this so-called reputable establishment.
